It would be a euphemism to name on Friday 13 as one of the best known horror franchises, with Jason Voorhees, who uses hockey. The hockey mask of him is as iconic and easily recognizable as the mortuary mask of Michael Myers, the horrible face of Leather face and the glove with sharp claws of Freddy Krueger. If you are new in the franchise, the most common question that people do about the spirit of revenge is: How do you see Jason without his mask? It is a fairly painful issue, to say the least.

What you are seeing is the original vision of the face of Jason Voorhees, revealed in the first film, without the characteristic hockey mask of him, designed by the legendary special effect artist Tom Saving. It is not a pleasant view and, although it was not his fault, it was what he finally threw him to Crystal Lake, where he later drowned.
Jason's physical appearance remains relatively constant throughout the franchise, although his presentation changes from one artist to another, from one film to another. In addition to mental anomalies and disabilities, Jason suffers from hydrocephalus, which causes his head to swell and enlarges. Depending on the movie, Jason's skin has been seen with rotten meat (Friday 13 part VI: Jason Five) and even cybernetics (Jason X).
That is all you need to know about that Jason Voorhees ** seems without his mask. Not as it is with Michael Myers. If you live from horror, the new version of Dead Space had its first official game trailer release.
